Therapeutic Approach
My counseling philosophy is both holistic and relational. I seek to understand not only the problems, but also how relationships, physical health, family of origin, and spiritual health are shaping the current struggles. My goal is to reframe problems into opportunities to grow personally, relationally, and spiritually.
Treatment Issues
Spiritual formation, trauma, childhood sexual abuse, relationship/interpersonal issues, depression, anxiety, OCD, infidelity, self-harm, self-esteem/identity, family of origin issues, grief and loss
Treatment Population
I work with adult individuals and couples.
My Journey
My journey starts with a calling. As a chaplain candidate and someone who relies on my relationships to help me in difficult times, I understand that life does not always go as planned. As someone who has benefitted from the counseling, I know firsthand how important the first step can be in the healing process. I look forward to helping those in my community build strong bonds.
